JOB REQUIREMENTS: Business Development Representative - Motus Sales and related Fort Atkinson, WI * ID: 1105 * Full-Time/Regular Are you looking to grow as a sales professional? Check out our Business Development Representative role for our Motus division! The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating customer interest and leads specifically for our Motus Space Solutions distributor.This includes developing qualified prospects through varying communication channels and leveraging current sales technologies to cultivate prospects for deeper qualification. A day in the life: Uncover and nurture early-stage sales opportunities. Perform consistent follow-up and communicate project progression to Sales team. Partner with Sales Executives to develop a customized approach to increasing their opportunity pipeline. Develop strategic early-stage marketing initiatives to increase pipeline leads and opportunities. Build rapport quickly, within seconds of a phone call or the subject line of an email. Maintain solid data in our CRM system, including information on contacts, leads, companies, and activity. Interact with prospects and offer high-level guidance and information based on their current location within the buying cycle. This includes leveraging internal resources and collateral to meet customers\' needs. Spacesaver/Motus is an equal opportunity employer Required Skills What we look for: 1+ years of inside sales or B2B related sales experience preferred. In Lieu of sales experience, a Bachelor\'s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience considered. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet. Ability to create and maintain databases and complex spreadsheets and create regional analyses, using a mapping program. Proficiency in using a CRM System and ability to identify and extract relevant data and create usable business reports is a plus. Must have strong reasoning abilities, sound judgment, strong listening skills, resourcefulness, and follow through skills. Must be highly personable and engaging, and have a sales-oriented focus and approach. Must have a strong understanding of business processes. Experience with roll-out and training plans is a plus.
