Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist in the Services industry, based in Forest, Virginia, United States. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be tasked with various responsibilities, ranging from processing recruitment procedures to maintaining employee relations and managing HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Engage in the development of organizational policies and procedures
• Establish and maintain relationships with employees to foster a supportive and safe work environment
• Coordinate the recruitment process, including identifying potential candidates and managing the interview process
• Handle employee complaints and concerns with professionalism and discretion
• Oversee employee performance management and development plans
• Facilitate onboarding procedures for new employees
• Participate in or lead various company committees, such as Engagement, Safety, and Community
• Promote and support the company's mission, vision, and values throughout the organization
• Involved in employee engagement activities, utilizing different communication channels
• Prepare and submit reports on HR activity
• Stay abreast with the latest trends and best practices in HR
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required to ensure the success of the team. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is crucial for effective management of the organization's financial resources.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now, a comprehensive human capital management solution, is required.
• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is essential for efficient data transfer and communication within the organization.
• Familiarity with Ceridian, a global human capital management software company, is necessary.
• Understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) is needed to effectively manage the organization's workforce.
• Ability to manage and oversee Benefit Functions to ensure employee satisfaction and retention.
• Strong Communication skills are crucial for effective interaction with employees and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Compliance regulations and standards in the detail oriented services sector is mandatory.
• Expertise in Employee Relations to foster a positive work environment and resolve any workplace issues promptly.
• Experience with Hiring Processes to ensure the recruitment of top talent and the smooth onboarding of new hires.
