Your role at Clorox:

The purpose of this role is to create the flagship model of how we approach Data Analytics & Visualization in a manufacturing environment for The Clorox Company at the Atlanta Main Manufacturing Facility. The ideal leader for this role will be able to creatively build a vision of implementing new and innovative ways to digitally capture data, while also leveraging existing digital data systems in place, to translate them into very effective tools for the plant teams to drive their daily, weekly, and monthly results. This role takes the hard work of today’s paper world and processes to create efficient digital systems that change the focus from getting the right information to what we do with the data. Take the work away from paper management and data collection to how do we best react and drive work against the data captured. Not only is this role accountable in creating the vision to execute but is only successful if there’s buy in across all levels of the plant organization (leadership to frontline) in its execution. The leader of this role will also need to build the plan and timeline with necessary resources to aggressively drive implementation of an aligned strategy.

In this role, you will:

  • Build and implement solutions to capture data currently not acquired.

  • Translate and display data in DSN visualization tools.

  • Build capability of Site DSN Resource to own DSN processes.

  • Ensure system configurations are accurate and maintained.

  • Support individual access needs for DSN systems.

  • Develop department leaders’ and operators’ skills to use systems for loss understanding and efficiency improvements.

  • Develop and implement a strategy to ensure data integrity.

  • Serve as single-point accountability for plant-level issues.

  • Filter and address data integrity issues across plant resources and systems.

  • Drive digital transformation for Vista, Elevate, and MES integration.

  • Collaborate across multiple organizational levels to implement effective systems.

  • Create a data analytics and visualization strategy with plant leadership support.

  • Execute the aligned strategy for data analytics and visualization.

  • Champion Microsoft Platforms, PowerBi, and other software in review processes.

  • Ensure appropriate monitors and displays are installed to enhance communication.

What we look for:

  • 3+ years of data and analytical experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

  • Strong communication skills, able to effectively interact from frontline employees to executive leadership.

  • Self-starter with strong motivation and minimal need for oversight.

  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of developing skills in others.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Computer Science, Engineering) or 5+ years of relevant experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $86,600 - $161,900

–Zone B: $79,400 - $148,400

–Zone C: $72,100 - $134,900

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
