Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support our production operations on the 2nd shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining all machinery, equipment, building, and grounds, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards. This role involves the installation and maintenance of various equipment, including presses, CNCs, conveyors, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, air compressors, welders, induction heat systems, ABB robotic systems, water treatment equipment and controls, and plumbing and piping. You will also be tasked with maintaining inventory and parts, performing preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting electrical components and control circuits. Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Forest Lake, Minnesota.

Work Environment

The work environment is hot and humid, with 90% of the work occurring in the production area, split between preventative and reactive maintenance. The maintenance team includes several technicians, operating under a supervisor and a lead, within a facility that runs five production lines. The standard work hours are Monday to Friday, from 2 PM to 11:30 PM.
