Job Title: Shipping Coordinator
Job Description
As a Shipping Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of shipping activities. This role involves printing and checking all final acceptance forms for daily preparations, conducting training in blueprint reading and part marking, and coordinating with inside shipping to achieve daily and monthly shipping plans. You will prioritize work to meet shipping commitment dates, maintain steady workflow, and update inside shipping on failures and rejects. Additionally, you will maintain accurate inventory counts of finished goods and organize the finished goods inventory area while following established work instructions to comply with AS9100 quality system requirements.
Responsibilities
Print and check all final acceptance forms for daily preps.
Conduct training in blueprint reading and part marking.
Coordinate with inside shipping to achieve daily and monthly shipping plans.
Review all final acceptance forms and attach part marking photos.
Prioritize work to ensure shipping commitment dates are met.
Maintain steady workflow throughout work hours.
Update inside shipping on failures and rejects.
Maintain accurate inventory counts of finished goods.
Organize and maintain the finished goods inventory area.
Follow established work instructions to achieve AS9100 quality system requirements.
Essential Skills
Experience with shipping and coordination activities.
Ability to plan, execute, and prioritize scheduling of final acceptance forms for shipments.
Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation.
Knowledge of marking methods.
Capability to contact quality personnel for assistance with quality and technical matters.
Forklift operation skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00
