Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food Service General Manager to join our team in Fontana, United States. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of our food service operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while driving business growth and operational excellence.
Lead and manage all food service operations, including kitchen, dining areas, and catering services
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to maintain high-quality standards
Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability while adhering to budgetary guidelines
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and company policies

Qualifications
