Description
Job Purpose: The Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) will be responsible for the recruitment and filling of open positions within their assigned business group. The TABP will also work very closely with the departments on the planning for current needs, future staff, growth and retention.

Participates in all TABP efforts, such as attracting and sourcing the best talent, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding.
Generates, organizes, updates, processes, and maintains personnel documents including recruitment, screening, and hiring.
Answers employee questions and concerns regarding career advancement, employment, or other Human Resource related areas in a timely fashion.
Attends career fairs and networking opportunities in the community to build candidate pipeline.
Coordinates possible employment opportunities between interns and volunteers.
Promotes internal employment growth with a timely response to Career Advancement Applications.
Communicates with hiring managers and leadership team to ensure recruitment needs are being met through timely communication, follow through and updates.
Develops and updates periodic reports for talent and performance management measures.
Qualifications
Required Education, Experience, Certifications, Licensure and Credentials: (Where appropriate, education and/or experience may be substituted)
Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
Minimum Required Experience: Three or more years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.

Issued By Governing Body (if applicable):
Travel outside of office: Required to travel and transport career fair displays and marketing materials to community events a career fairs and networking events
Required Valid Driver’s License: Valid Wisconsin driver’s license
Required Auto Insurance: automobile insurance with minimum limits of $50,000/$100,000 bodily injury and $10,000 property damage.

Physical Requirements, Visual Acuity, and Work Conditions:
Physical Requirements : Ability to on occasion push/pull/lift/move objects weighing 20 pounds at fairs/events. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Be able to stand for long periods of time during job fairs
Visual Acuity : The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal.
Working Conditions : The work environment can be busy and noisy. This is a high traffic department; there are many people seeking assistance in a wide
