Senior Financial Analyst to support Mercury US Engines and Parts & Accessories business unit. Business partner and finance lead for a portfolio of product lines and functional areas. Responsible for month end closing processes, forecasting/budgeting, sales program administration, and variance analysis.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review monthly journal entries and account reconciliations

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual business unit reports

  • Review and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance to explain variances and determine key drivers impacting performance

  • Coordinate the preparation of the annual budget for applicable business units and operating cost centers

  • Act as finance leader and business partner for multiple product lines and major functions

  • Provide finance and business support for sales, product management, and administrative departments

  • Act as finance representative in and member of multiple new product teams. Prepare business cases, sensitivity analyses, and recommendations to drive program success

  • Responsible for ensuring that financial statements conform to Brunswick internal control requirements

  • Provide ad hoc analysis and lead special projects

  • Problem-solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience working in a team environment with various functions of the organization

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

  • 4 or more years of experience and accomplishment in financial analysis and/or accounting
