TEKsystems HYBRID Customer Service Representative in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin
Description
Agent directly responds, processes, resolves, or provides information for questions, inquires or complaints from Internal and External Customers received by phone, e-mail, or any other electronic form of communication. Each call will be accurately documented through call closing/resolution. Provide support via phone and case management to customers regarding basic questions, such as assisting users log in to our new online portal Ensure customer satisfaction Identify, research, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner Follow processes and procedures Document call details Work closely within the team and with other departments Perform all other departmental-related duties as assigned or requested

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00
