ManpowerGroup Customer Service Representative in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin

Our client in Fond du Lac WI, is seeking temporary Customer Service Representatives to join their team. You will be part of the Experience Support Team ensuring customer satisfaction. If you enjoy working with people and have good trouble shooting skills, this is for you!

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Fond du Lac, WI

Pay Range: $20.00hr

What’s the Job?

  • Provide phone support and case management

  • Ensure customer satisfaction

  • Identify,research,and resolve issues in a timely manner

  • Follow processes and document procedures

  • Work closely with team and other departments

What’s Needed?

  • Computer Literacy

  • Good troubleshooting skills

  • Knowledge of MicroSoft Office and various Internet Browsers and Operating Systems

  • Ability to multi-task and and handle 40+ calls per day

  • 1-3 years experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • French or Spanish speaking skills are a plus (not req'd)
