How will you contribute: Detail orientation will be essential in this role which entails processing and review of billings for completed service work.Additional responsibilities include compliance with customer billing requirements and submission of invoices to third-party processors. You will provide exceptional customer service by troubleshooting and resolving billing issues and answering questions regarding services performed.Work alongside members at many levels of the organization by collaborating with the collection team regarding past-due accounts and providing ongoing support to the service operations teams.If you are highly organized and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you!
