Qualcomm is looking for an experienced Product Management leader to join the Compute Business Unit to help drive Windows PC adoption across the global enterprise segment. The position requires a deep understanding of enterprise platform security software. This leadership role will develop the product roadmap and strategy to accelerate Windows Snapdragon deployment across Enterprise environments.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop the product roadmap and strategy to accelerate Windows Snapdragon deployment in Enterprise environments.
Broad expertise in Enterprise platform security software such as Secure Core PCs, Pluton, TPM, Remote Attestation, Resilience
across enterprise leadership to capture core deployment and security solution requirements, and drive product/ecosystem solutions to accelerate deployment.
Lead the technical discussions with executive teams at leading Windows PC OEMs to streamline Snapdragon X Elite deployment with joint customers.
Foster deep relationships with OEM security leads to align product roadmaps, driving innovative features leveraging the modern Snapdragon X Series SoC.
Partner with Microsoft to enable cutting edge solutions on the Windows Snapdragon platform.
Collaborate with Engineering and Technology Program Managers to prioritize and execute on the software strategy and roadmap.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field.
• 5+ years of Product Management or related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CyberSecurity, Engineering, or related field.
MBA or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
10+ years Product Management or related work experience.
Experience leading executive discussions with OEM PC partners is a plus
Deep understanding of Enterprise platform security software such as Secure Core PCs, Pluton, TPM, Remote Attestation, Resilience
Background in bringing SW products and solutions to market.
Strong leadership skills, and a self-starter who possesses a sense of ownership around delivering on team goals.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits :
$179,200.00 - $268,800.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
