Our Foundry Sales Operations team, within the Corporate Planning Group (CPG), owns the end-to-end support structure from sales enablement to life-cycle management. Our mission is providing foundry services through best-in-class operations that customers can trust. Intel Foundry is an independent foundry business that is established to meet our customers' unique product needs. The Corporate Planning Group, within Intel's Sales and Marketing Group, is charged with running and growing the business for Intel and its customers through meaningful data analysis and market insights.
Foundry Sales Operations is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, collaborative, organized, and proactive Customer Sales Operations Analyst. The successful candidate will be the primary interface for all things Altera as an external Foundry Services customer. Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all Altera inquiries beginning with the divestiture through full support as an external customer.
Manage the sales process and back-office, act as the communication conduit between the Customer, Sales, and the Factory to optimize revenue and supply.
With contractual terms in mind, drive end to end supply chain activities to ensure business readiness, creating new business processes in addition to exception processes where needed.
Ownership of the short- and long-term demand management process for Altera which includes demand collection, system load, optimizing as needed to ensure our signal to the factories are accurate and customer's needs are being met.
Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to align capacity planning with demand forecasts, determine product allocation, customer inventory to maximize revenue through supply commitments.
Coordinate with production planning and operations team to manage wafer start schedules and priorities for production orders.
The ideal candidate possesses:
Understanding of supply management, demand forecasting, market analysis, pricing strategy or operations.
Strong analytical and data management skills and skills to work through complex business scenarios to influence decision making.
The skills to deal with highly ambiguous and changing business processes and customer requirements.
Skills to synthesize complex data into a clear actionable conclusion.
Innovation and self-directed.
Strong understanding of semiconductor wafer foundry operations, FPGA, and industry best practices.
Familiarity with ERP systems commonly used in semiconductor manufacturing (e.g., SAP ECC or S/4 HANA).
Advanced working knowledge of Excel.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
At least a bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience:
Working in Semiconductor, or manufacturing.
With SAP working experience.
Order Management experience; from the Order creation up to the Invoicing process.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience with Foundry.
5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales and Distribution - Order management or a Certification in SAP S/4 HANA (SD).

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US $87,936.00-$131,986.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
