• Plan and direct preschool daily activities.- Oversee daily operations under the supervision of the executive director following NYC DOH's Health Code Article 47- Collaborate with the teaching team to design and modify the curriculum and lessons in accordance with the NYC DOE's The Creative Curriculum- Partner with NYC DOE's Instructional Coordinator, Social Worker, and Leadership Coach for best practices, share and reflect feedback with the teaching team- Lead teacher workshops, professional development and learning sessions, and weekly team meetings- Maintain open communication with clients (families) regarding students and provide support for their unique needs- Ensure that students' files, assessments, teachers' personal files, training records, and other required documents are up-to-date and properly(Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related and 24 months of work experiences as a Early Childhood Education Director or related and Early Childhood Education Certificate issued by NY State Education Department OR Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related and Early Childhood Education Certificate issued by NY State Education Department required)

Minimum Salary: 71739 Maximum Salary: 80000 Salary Unit: Yearly
