ManpowerGroup Production Supervisor in Florence, South Carolina

We are looking for a talented Production Supervisor to join an A+ Food Manufacturing client of ours. First and Second shift available!

Valuing Experience:

We seek candidates with a proven track record in Food/ Beverage production, requiring a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of production to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.

  • Lead and motivate your team to foster a positive and productive work environment.

  • Maintain the highest safety standards and compliance with GMPs, SQF, USDA, and FDA regulations.

  • Schedule and coordinate activities to meet deadlines and objectives.

  • Utilize production management software and equipment to optimize operations and achieve KPIs.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (College degree preferred).

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in the CPG Food/Beverage production industry (experience in baked goods is advantageous).

  • Servant leadership mentality, emphasizing teamwork and employee development.

  • Experience with SQF, HACCP (certifications preferred), and working with a non-union workforce.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Pay: 85,000
