ManpowerGroup Hardware Technician in Florence, Kentucky
Our high profile client and global eCommerce giant is seeking a Hardware Technician for a 6-11 month contract assignment in Florence, KY. As a Hardware Technician on this team you will test and repair components to support the world’s most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting and possess strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, communication and problem solving skills to align well with this organization.
Job Title: Hardware Technician Night Shift
Location: Florence, KY
Pay Range: $28.33/HR on Experis W2
What’s the Job?
As a Hardware Technician, you test and repair components using a variety of testing rigs and jigs and record test results in a (WMS) Warehouse Management System.
You will receive parts, maintain inventory, and check-out parts as needed.
You will be lifting materials and products as you will be loading and unloading shipments and transporting parts between different locations.
Diagnose hardware and network problems followed by physical repairs
Record test results in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures
What’s Needed?
Top requirements – troubleshooting, attention to detail, problem solving
Technical experience preferred
You have basic to intermediate system administration skills and will follow well defined workflows or SOP’s needed to properly test components.
You are able to execute small projects on your own, and work with your manager in planning and executing larger local projects.
