Responsible for dealing table games accurately and in a professional, proficient manner according to policies and procedures and in compliance with gaming regulations.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Protects and controls specific game assigned.
  2. Conducts the games in accordance with policies and procedures, handles player transactions and notifies Gaming Supervisor of any irregularities.
  3. Advises Gaming Supervisor of any player disputes or arguments that may arise during the game.
  4. Informs Gaming Supervisor or other games personnel of any important or relevant facts regarding specific players and their action.
  5. Maintains a professional, friendly and courteous atmosphere providing the guest with a good gaming experience, and notifying Floor Supervisor of any guest needs; i.e., cocktails, host service, etc.
  6. Understands and promotes departmental and property-wide promotions.
  7. Maintains current knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws (federal, state, compact, etc.) and attendant regulations, as well as internal controls, policies and procedures.
  8. All other duties as assigned.

REPORTING LINE

You will report directly to the Gaming Supervisor and then to the Assistant Shift Manager and Shift Manager.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have excellent communication skills, be polite, and present a neat appearance at all times.
  • The ability to work with others as a team in an efficient manner.
  • The ability to apply common sense reasoning to variety of situations

``` - Proven experience providing high level of guest service - The ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide - The ability to read, write, comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English

``` - The availability to work all shifts. - The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stressful situations. - Must be at least 18 years old. - Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company. - The ability to verify the right to work in the United States.

EDUCATIONAL AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven dealer knowledge and experience on multiple games will be required. Basic knowledge of all current house procedures required. A minimum of 6 months of experience preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the property for prolonged periods of time. Ability to push, pull, bend, reach, squat, kneel, crawl, twist, sit, climb, balance, carry and lift to 10lbs. Constant use of hearing, speech, vision (including distinguishing between shades of color), radios, and tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Will be exposed to working in a noisy environment and seasonal elements.
