Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator for the 2nd shift. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, starting at 2 PM and working 8-10 hours daily, with the possibility of 12-hour shifts if needed.
Responsibilities
Maintain the quantity and quality of juice by operating various types of juice-making equipment and making appropriate adjustments to machinery and juice product.
Justify and be held accountable for yield and operational procedures.
Recognize and resolve routine maintenance problems.
Train and instruct employees as necessary.
Keep the juice area clean during preparation.
Manage all start-up and shut-down procedures.
Assist Quality Control personnel by gathering samples.
Occasionally operate the CIP system.
Operate a forklift as needed.
Perform relief duties for other juice preparation personnel.
Perform other duties related to the overall effort as directed.
Essential Skills
Must pass a company-paid physical examination.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Capability to move up to 70 lbs. occasionally and maneuver 600 lb. drums occasionally.
Perform simple mathematical calculations.
Willingness to work rotating shifts.
Ability to use common hand tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in production, operation, machine operation, manufacturing, and quality control.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fleetwood, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50
