Regional Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all maintenance activities across multiple properties within the region, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

  • Lead, train, and mentor on-site maintenance teams, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Assists with preventive maintenance programs to ensure the long-term health and functionality of all building systems and equipment.

  • Provide hands-on support for complex maintenance issues, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.

  • Ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining positive relationships with tenants.

  • Assists with preparation and monitoring of property budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.

    General Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge and proficiency of building maintenance principles including standard practices and methods of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, appliances, swimming pools, hot tubs, plowing and HVAC

  • Advanced knowledge of tools and equipment used in building maintenance such as but not limited to electric drills & saws, volt and gas meters, key machine, power drain cleaner (snake), ladders etc.

  • Relevant certifications such as HVAC, EPA, or CPO are strongly preferred.

  • Builds trust and communicates effectively within property, across company departments and in the community.

  • Adhere to fair housing laws, OSHA/Safety regulations, and company policies (training provided).

  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license with good driving record, and auto insurance.

    Schedule:

    Full-time hours, M - F; quarterly on call week
