Job Title: Industrial Controls Engineer
Job Description
The Sr. Controls Engineer will support the team with day-to-day troubleshooting and production line issues from an automation standpoint. They will spend approximately 20% of their time on daily repairs and 80% on mentoring team members, leading projects, and collaborating with engineers and production staff. This includes working with integrators or vendors, reviewing proposals, and solutioning production changes.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and address production line issues related to automation.
Conduct daily repairs as needed.
Mentor and lead current team members, including engineers and technicians.
Manage project-based work, including working with integrators and vendors.
Review proposals and quotes for work to be done and assist in the selection process.
Collaborate with engineers and production staff to address production changes and equipment failures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
5+ years of experience as a controls engineer
5+ years of experience with industrial or capital equipment
5+ years of experience with Allen Bradley programming
5+ years of experience with HMI development
5+ years of experience in mentorship/leadership

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $67.31/hr.
