Robert Half Accounts Receivable Clerk in Fishers, Indiana
Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in the Security industry, based in Fishers, Indiana. The successful candidate will be tasked with handling accounts receivable duties, including pulling invoices from the system and assisting in light collections calls.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications.
• Maintain accurate records of customer credit.
• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.
• Pull invoices from the system (SAP) as part of the accounts receivable project.
• Assist in making light collections calls to customers.
• Apply coding to invoices as part of the accounts receivable process.
• Handle collections for commercial accounts.
• Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely manner. Requirements • Proficiency in Coding Invoices is essential for this role
• Experience with Commercial Collections is required
• Applicants must possess strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary
• Should have a strong understanding of the security industry
• Knowledge of standard accounts receivable procedures is needed
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using computer software and systems relevant to the role
• Demonstrable problem-solving skills are essential
• Must have a high level of integrity and dependability
• Strong numeracy skills are necessary for this role
• Experience with data entry and record keeping is required
• Must possess excellent organizational skills.
