Position Overview This position will partner closely with the Quality Control team to provide administrative and clerical support as directed. Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions) To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

  • Receive, process, compile reports, and deliver project test results/other documentation as needed.

``` - File, scan, upload and maintain accurate data in required systems.

``` - Enter daily timesheets in B2W Track for QC Technicians as needed.

``` - Maintain vehicle driver assignments in MOTIVE system

```{=html}

``` - Month end reporting of all license vehicle mileage and meter hours

```{=html}

``` - Process purchase orders and invoices for Quality Control Department utilizing Proactis system.

``` - Monitor CDL Driver requirements and ensure company drivers are up to date on compliance.

``` - Work with Equipment Department to ensure equipment licensure, plates and titles are up to date

``` - Other duties as directed by management

``` - Must be willing to work Saturdays when necessary

``` - Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.

Qualifications Education/Experience

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

``` - High school diploma or equivalent required

```{=html}

``` - Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience

```{=html}

``` - Customer service experience a plus

Language Skills: Ability to read English language sufficiently to read information contained in specifications, reports, manuals and regulations. Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform intermediate mathematical skills, including basic algebra, geometry, and shop math. Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
