Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager 2 for Blanchard Valley Health System located in, Findlay OH .
BVH is a licensed, 150-bed acute care facility that features a full range of services, including inpatient medical/surgical care, 24-hour emergency care, outpatient surgery, robotic surgery, total joint replacement and diagnostic services.
The Patient Services Manager will oversee the patient tray line, food management system, running patient room service and some quality assurance functions. The manager will oversee the entire department staff of 65-75 hourly associates and will have 35-45 direct reports. Management tasks to include scheduling, payroll, training, food safety, and sanitation.
We are seeking a manager that will drive Patient Satisfaction, coordinate with Clinical Team for Best Practices and Patient Care, build relationships with Healthcare Leaders and Nursing, and focus on Service Excellence and Employee Engagement.
The successful candidate will:
evaluate and develop service levels for the overall Patient Services Program targeted to exceed patient and customer satisfaction;
oversee Sodexo’s Patient Dining Program and daily meal rounding inclusive of service recovery;
collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience;
perform tray assessments to ensure food quality and presentation and tray accuracy;
exceed Sodexo standards for Gold Checks and achieve successful regulatory inspections and audits; and/or
perform management functions that include direct supervision of hourly associates including employee development.

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
