Position Overview Assist in ensuring the daily billing of all aggregate and asphalt sales occur in a timely and accurate manner. Act as the key representative in resolving issues between billing, sales, and the scale house clerks. *Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)* The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • SOX approve all MS ticket, haul and invoice batches for plants and dispatch in EWP
  • Support to sales/billing staff
  • Supervise the (2) floating scale clerks and coordinate the scale clerk vacation schedule as well as review/approve their time cards.
  • Covers for scale clerk(s) when needed
  • Provide basic JWS support for scale clerks.
  • Process Weekly & monthly offline billings
  • Reconcile and process inbound material invoices
  • Verify pay/haul inquiries from dispatch
  • Strict adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley and GAAP rules.
  • Ability to perform multi-tasks in a fast pace environment
  • Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Prepare for and respond to internal and external audit requests
  • Perform special projects as needed
  • Backup and support all other office departments as needed

  • Must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary.
  • Report to the assigned job site ready to begin work at the designated start time.
