This position is flexible to be part time or full time, with a minimum need of 25 hours/week M-F. If being considered for part time, you must be available to work 1p-6p M-F. You have.

  • Lived experience caring for a youth within your home, that has behavioral health needs
  • Awareness of the importance of recovery in living with a mental illness or addiction problem.
  • Past experience working directly with people in a service oriented field, and have an active membership in consumer advocacy or self-help group
  • A significant period of continuous recovery required
  • Comfort using your personal vehicle to transport clients

Write your next chapter: Under the guidance of the Clinical Supervisor, you will offer encouragement and resources for families of youth with serious emotional disturbances who are receiving services in community mental health systems and are facing challenges that you understand. You will improve their recovery. Be part of our multi-disciplinary team. You will make a difference. You will provide ongoing coaching. Show people how to use community resources. Assist them in increasing their support networks - relatives, friends, and significant others. Offer encouragement in times of crisis. Advocate for and protect their rights and assist clients in achieving goals through shared activities and interventions. Help reduce stigma. Partner with others involved in the client's recovery plan. You will matter. You have the ability to obtain a Driver's License, maintain auto insurance, earn CPR/First Aid certification, and be willing to submit to background check and fingerprinting. In this role, you will regularly use various computer apps including Microsoft Office, our HRIS, EHR, and other online systems, with multiple logins often simultaneously. Who are we?
