[Position: Project Engineer [Location: Fergus Falls, MN, Big Stone, SD, or any Otter Tail Power Company Customer Service Center [At Otter Tail Power, our employees help us to serve the communities we support by producing reliable, affordable, and environmentally responsible electricity. Our employees' impact can take many forms. In this role, the Project Engineer will lead all technical and engineering aspects of the projects required to help OTP meet our mission. [The Project Engineer provides operation, maintenance, and engineering support for all generator assets. Other duties include, research and analyze emerging technologies in the generation field to support Resource Planning. Review, evaluate, report, and ensure compliance with new and existing regulatory requirements for generator assets. Find technical solutions for issues and concerns and justify, execute, and complete in a cost-effective manner. Manage engineering, equipment supply, and construction contracts.
