Description

In the Department Coordinator role, you’ll support the business and administrative needs of the land acquisition initiatives to ensure projects that help us meet our mission are completed at the highest quality.

  • Create and maintain reports including those related to budgets, project progress and workflows

  • Track invoices and check requests for payment and provide timely updates to appropriate collaborators

  • Develop and implement processes to improve team or project efficiencies

  • Support scheduling and meeting needs of the department

To be successful in this role, we’re looking for candidates who possess the following skills and traits:

  • An Associate’s degree is required and a bachelor’s degree is preferred
