ManpowerGroup CNC Lathe Operator 1st Shift in Fenton, Missouri
Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a CNC Lathe Operator 1st Shift to join their team. As a CNC Lathe Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: CNC Lathe Operator 1st Shift
Location: Fenton, MO
Pay Range: $22.75 per hour
What's the Job?
Setup, layout, and operate various CNC lathes and/or mills.
Read blueprints or job orders for product specifications such as dimensions and tolerances.
Select, position, and secure tools in tool holders and workpieces in holding devices.
Observe machine operations and verify conformity of machined workpieces to specifications.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area while following all safety policies.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of previous CNC experience preferred.
Ability to read precision measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers.
Good hand-eye coordination and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for 90% of the shift.
