Job Description Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Co-ordinator, within our On Wing Support team, based at Heathrow. You will be working as part of a team supporting a busy component stores with stock control functions.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Inventory Management
Run daily reports in SAP for buying, picking, etc
Receipt of Goods including spec, qty, damage, etc
Review of documentation received with each shipment
Receipt of goods and allocation
Collation of stock where necessary
Prioritise workload in conjunction with M&L team
Remain compliant in all tasks
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Shipping of goods
Expedite PO’s, escalate when needed i.e. AOG situation
Other stores tasks that may be reasonably requested from time to time
Desired Characteristics
Proven experience of stock control systems
Strong understanding of Inventory management
Knowledge of SAP or inventory management systems
Understanding of import/export customs processes
Qualifications/Requirements
Computer literate – Outlook, Word and Excel experience
Demonstrate strong level of verbal and written English
Strong organisational skills including multi-tasking
Analytical with an accurate way of working incl time management
Excellent customer service
Awareness of attention to detail
Able to work independently while also being a good team player
