What does Year 1, 2 & 3 look like are they based on site with day release? Year 1 full time College, Year 2 has two days college 3 days placement at work. Year 3 one Day College and four days work placement.

Job Description

Our Engineering Apprenticeship is a demanding scheme, which requires analytical skills, a logical mind, numeracy, communication skills, teamwork, good manual dexterity, problem solving skills and the ability to read and interpret diagrams and instructions. 

Essential requirement s

To apply, you must have, or expect to achieve, a minimum of 5 GCSEs, at least Grade C / 4 or above, to include Mathematics, English Language and Science (BTEC in Science will also be considered)

Desired

B / 6 (or above) in GCSE Mathematics or a recognised engineering/technology qualification such as BTEC Level 2 Engineering or City and Guilds Level 2 Engineering would be advantageous.

Qualifications

Upon completion of our Engineering Apprenticeship, you’ll receive both a BTEC Level 3 and NVQ Level 3 in your relevant field.

Recruitment Process

As part of our recruitment process, you will be required to submit an initial CV application. You will then be invited to submit additional information we require to enable us to screen your application. After this, you may be invited to a video interview. If successful, the final stage would be to attend an assessment centre on site. Our recruitment team will be in touch with you at every stage to keep you updated.
