About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will be the key point of contact for customers, building effective relationships to enable you to retain, upsell and identify new opportunities for revenue growth from new and existing accounts across the fast growing Caribbean market.
Responsibilities
Maintain and grow an existing account base
Work closely with accounts to ensure ongoing product engagement and keep attrition low
Conduct regular business reviews with accounts
Identify and close cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the account base
Meet targets for new and existing product sales to key contacts and new introductions
Identify, build and maintain a robust pipeline of up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
Accurately forecast results to management
Understand and apply best practice sales methodology
Analyse market research to evaluate ongoing product/market requirements and drive new business
Requirements
Experience working with customers in a face to face or telephone environment
Sales or commercial experience either Business to Consumer or Business to Business
Motivated by winning and being an essential member of a successful team
Excellent oral and written communication
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to successfully network both internally and externally, either face to face or online
A passion for learning and a curious approach
Excellent time management and IT skills
