Aerotek Facilities Maintenance Technician in Farmington, Utah

Looking to hire a Facilities Maintenance Technician that will be responsible for the Station Park shopping center portfolio. Performs the job in accordance with all applicable standards, policies and regulatory guidelines (i.e. OSHA standards) to promote a safe working environment.

Schedule : Monday-Friday; 12:00pm - 8:30pm

Pay: $24

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inspects property daily and identifies any potential hazards, damage, repairs, and improvement opportunities.

• Provides coverage to the properties during some weekends and holidays.

• Performs basic repairs to plumbing, lights, door hardware, cement repair, flooring installation/removal, woodwork, painting, furniture repairs, heater repairs etc. in a timely and efficient manner.

• Painting doors and fixing door knobs

• Orders supplies and maintains an inventory of replacement parts.

• Inventory control management for property.

• Contacts and oversees outside vendor repairs when needed.

• Generates preventative maintenance programs and performs preventative maintenance programs where necessary and or instructed by management.

• Participate in maintaining internal and external lighting fixtures including replacement of ballasts, light bulbs and fluorescent tubes.

• Provides ongoing preventative maintenance to golf cart and RMU’s.

• Assists marketing department with execution of center events including but not limited to being point of contact for event oversight, holiday preparation and on-going maintenance of signage hardware.

• Responds to daily requests for assistance from management, tenants and contractors.

• Obtain proposals for purchase orders, service contracts or time and materials contracts.
