Full job description Job Title: Outpatient Clinician Location: Finger Lakes Region, NY Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

The Outpatient Clinician provides comprehensive clinical services to clients served by FLACRAs outpatient programs. This role involves diagnostic evaluations, therapeutic interventions, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support client recovery and well-being in alignment with FLACRAs mission, vision, and values.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelors Degree in Health/Human Services with three years of relevant experience. Valid NYS Drivers License. Qualified Health Professional (QHP) certification required. Preferred: Masters Degree in Health/Human Services or related field. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs, including primary and secondary diagnoses, and determine appropriate treatment modalities. Provide direct therapeutic services, including individual, conjoint, family, and group therapy, tailored to client needs. Manage intake and caseload independently while consulting as needed on complex diagnostic or treatment issues. Actively participate in agency staff meetings, in-service training, and supervisory sessions. Foster positive relationships with community groups, referral sources, and service agencies. Deliver presentations and training programs to community stakeholders as needed. Support clients in developing interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Collaborate with colleagues in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and cooperative behavior. Respond appropriately to crisis situations to ensure the safety and well-being of clients. Ensure accurate, timely documentation in compliance with FLACRA, OASAS, and regulatory policies and procedures. Uphold professionalism by providing quality care with respect and dignity, representing FLACRA positively in all interactions. Utilize the outreach board to coordinate client care and meet identified needs. Perform other related duties as assigned. Skills & Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to work effectively with culturally diverse individuals, staff, and community service providers. Familiarity with the local behavioral health system and resources. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain composure in crisis situations. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Skilled in crisis intervention and mobile response services. Comfortable providing services in both community and crisis settings. About Us:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
