We are currently seeking afull-timeIndependently Licensed Qualified Mental Health Professionalto join our team atFarmingtonCorrectional Centerlocated inFarmington, Missouri.
Responsibilities
TheQualified Mental Health Professionalprovides mental health services to patients in a correctional setting to provide comprehensive mental health care, including intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, consulting with a multi-disciplinary team, and providing individual and group therapy.
Qualifications
- Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited educational institution required
- Active Independent mental health professional license Missouri: LPC, LCSW, LMFT
- Two years experience with direct care for individuals with mental illness preferred
- Must show current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification
- Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable
Available Shift
- Monday-Friday, Days, 7:30am-4:00pm, On-call rotation with stipend
