With the creation of our new umbrella organization we now have our own identity with a unique payroll, benefits, performance management system, service recognition programs and other common practices across the system. _Position Summary:_ Hartford HealthCare (HHC) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Product Manager to join our dynamic Digital Services team within the Information Technology Services (ITS) division. This role will be a critical leader in the development and execution of our digital strategy, focusing on a portfolio of products including the HHC Connect Intranet, Find Care product, Digital Care Device at Home, GenAI Agents, and more. You will be responsible for driving product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong technical understanding and proven success in leading cross-functional teams. _Position Responsibilities:_ Key Areas of Responsibility Product Strategy & Vision: · Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for assigned products, aligning with overall business objectives and user needs. · Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. · Define and prioritize product features and functionality, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals. · Develop and maintain a product roadmap, outlining key milestones, timelines, and resource allocation Product Development & Execution: · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and clinical operations, to execute on the product roadmap. · Manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. · Oversee the implementation of Agile development methodologies, ensuring efficient collaboration and delivery. · Track and analyze product performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization and improvement. Stakeholder Management & Communication: · Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, clinical teams, and technical teams. · Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear updates on product progress and addressing concerns. · Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in on product strategy and execution. Market & User Research: · Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors. · Gather feedback from users and stakeholders, incorporating insights into product development and iteration. · Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for product innovation and improvement. Perform other related duties as required. _Working Relationships:_ This Job Reports To (Job Title):Director of Digital Services Education · Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or a related field · Preferred:Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field Experience: · Minimum: o 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the healthcare or technology industry. o Proven success in leading the development and launch of successful digital products. · Preferred: o 7 years of experience in product management with a specific focus on digital health products or services. o Experience with Intranets, user portals, websites, or digital care delivery platforms. Licensure, Certification, Registration: · Preferred: Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Product Owner (CSPO), Human-centered design (HCD) and user experience (UX) design, or equivalent certification. Language Skills: · Minimum* o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* o English* · Preferred* o Proficiency in presenting technical and complex information in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences.* *Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements * · Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. · Proven ability to translate business requirements into clear product specifications. · Experience with user-centered design principles and methodologies. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Experience with data analytics tools and techniques for measuring product performance. · Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. · Passion for technology and innovation within the healthcare industry. * In addition to the above, the ideal candidate will have experience with: · Cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) · Traditional CMS and Headless CMS platforms · GenAI technologies and applications · Healthcare data privacy and security regulations (HIPAA) _We take great care of careers.___ With locations around the state, Hartford HealthCare offers exciting opportunities for career development and growth.
