Position: Construction Project Manager Location: Farmington, CT Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction projects from planning to completion.
- Coordinate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Oversee project documentation, contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Resolve project issues promptly and proactively.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Procore, MS Project, Change Orders, RFIs, Submittals, Specifications) and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.
