We are seeking 2nd Shift Mainteance Mechanics in the Nassau County Area. You must have at least 2-3 years experience. Responsibilities
Perform machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
Oversee general building repair and maintenance.
Maintain and repair production machinery according to strict industry standards.
Troubleshoot systems like boilers, DI water systems, air compressors, and dust collection systems.
Provide maintenance support for Tabletting, Encapsulation, Film Coating, Pellet Coating, Sugar Coating, Printing, Blending, and Packaging departments.
Modify and install new equipment, implement engineering upgrades.
Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting and repair power distribution systems.
Read and interpret manuals and work orders to carry out necessary maintenance.
Perform weekly bag house cleaning, and monthly preventive maintenance checks.
