Responsibilities

• Perform machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

• Oversee general building repair and maintenance.

• Maintain and repair production machinery according to strict industry standards.

• Troubleshoot systems like boilers, DI water systems, air compressors, and dust collection systems.

• Provide maintenance support for Tabletting, Encapsulation, Film Coating, Pellet Coating, Sugar Coating, Printing, Blending, and Packaging departments.

• Modify and install new equipment, implement engineering upgrades.

• Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting and repair power distribution systems.

• Read and interpret manuals and work orders to carry out necessary maintenance.

• Perform weekly bag house cleaning, and monthly preventive maintenance checks.

• Ability to work in environments with dust and airborne particles.
