We are seeking a Machine Operator with expertise in granulation and compression to join our dynamic team and contribute to the production of our world-class products. Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience operating granulation and compression equipment in a pharmaceutical or similar GMP-regulated environment.
Familiarity with SOPs, GMPs, and FDA regulations.
Excellent mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
salary: $18 - $19 per hour
shift: Third
work hours: 11:30 PM - 8 AM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and maintain granulation and compression machinery in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Perform machine setups, calibrations, and adjustments to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
Handle raw materials and ensure accurate measurements and blending during granulation processes.
Conduct in-process checks, including weight, hardness, thickness, and friability, during compression cycles.
Identify and resolve minor equipment malfunctions or deviations, escalating complex issues to maintenance as necessary.
Document production activities and maintain accurate logs in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Ensure a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and participating in routine cleaning and sanitization tasks.
