Spherion Staffing Fargo Field Installation Specialist in Fargo, North Dakota
[Spherion Staffing is looking for a Field Installation Specialist in Fargo, ND. The Field Installation Specialist is responsible for the delivery and installation of granite memorials to cemetery and grave sites without damage.
[Pay $19-21/hour DOE
[Responsibilities: -Organize work orders and determines which granite pieces to load -Deliver granite pieces to the proper cemetery -Install memorials individually as well as with the help of team members -Ensure that jobs are completed accurately and on schedule -Promote and maintain positive relations with cemetery management -Perform other work-related duties as required
Requirements: -High School diploma or GED [-Must have a valid driver's license -Minimum of 2 years of production related work experience [-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds -Working knowledge of the monument production process and related quality requirements -Ability to plan, organize, direct, coordinate and perform monument installation operations -Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with others to present ideas effectively -Good communication skills, both verbal and written -Ability to accurately identify operational problems and/or opportunities and develop effective solutions -Ability to work in a team-oriented environment ]{tahoma=""}]{tahoma=""}]{tahoma=""}]{tahoma",sans-serif"=""}]{tahoma=""}
