HR Recruitment Coordinator

Requirements:
Develop recruitment-focused strategies
Have knowledge of applicant tracking systems
Understand the requirement of open positions, draft job descriptions and post ads
Have the ability to network and have knowledge of social media sites and job boards
Conduct initial candidate screenings and assist with setting up interviews for hiring managers
Explain company benefits and work culture to candidates seeking employment
Great communication skills, update and follow-up to candidates and hiring managers
Have the ability to travel to local career fairs and hiring events
Develop and maintain relationships with key job placement and sourcing agencies
Monitor costs and budgets related to all recruitment activities
Collaborate with HR team and perform other HR duties as requested

Preferred:
Bilingual in Spanish a plus
Experience in Mental Health arena a plus
Experience:
Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Recruiting: 3 years (Preferred)
Human Resources: 5 years (Preferred)
Education:
Bachelors in Human Resources Field (preferred)
