Advertising, Marketing & Commerce
Our Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team focuses on delivering marketing and growth objectives aligned with our clients' brand values for measurable business growth. We do this by creating content, communications, and experiences that engage and inspire their customers to act. We implement and operate the technology platforms that enable personalized content, commerce, and marketing user-centric experiences. In doing so, we transform our clients marketing and engagement operations into modern, data-driven, creatively focused organizations. Our team brings deep experience in creative and digital marketing capabilities, many from our Digital Studios.
We serve our clients through the following types of work:
Cross-channel customer engagement strategy, design, and development (web, mobile, social, physical)

Work you'll do:
Marketing and advertising analytics are at the forefront of guiding data-driven strategies by leveraging emerging technologies, keen analytical abilities, and a laser focus on addressing the client's business initiatives, rooted in data. Marketing and advertising analytics are a critical influencer in what drives marketing success and is in constant exploration for clients as the discipline of a data-first mentality evolves marketing.
As a Marketing Campaign Analytics Lead, you will support data-driven, analytical decisioning for our clients. You will work cross-functionally between teams to guide measurement frameworks, learning agendas, data strategy, and performance analytics.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing advanced analytics and modeling techniques to help us understand the impact of our marketing and advertising campaigns for our clients
Analysis of campaign performance to derive insights that drive better campaign performance
Management of experiments to improve advertising and marketing performance
Gather and analyze data from various sources, including CRM, web analytics, and media platforms, to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvements in campaign strategy
Conduct attribution analysis to determine the impact of each marketing touchpoint on customer behavior
Uncover client's key business questions, design and execute analysis to address those questions, and be able to demonstrate the impact of recommendations across paid, owned, and earned channels
Dive into large datasets, uncovering insights, and providing impactful recommendations to clients leveraging tools like Google Analytics, DV360, Ads Data Hub, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce/SFMC and more
Transform data into actionable insights through strong storytelling with data designed for executive-level audiences by connecting the dots across channels through data to provide a holistic view of marketing/advertising/commerce efforts
Create dashboards via Tableau, Datorama, Data Studio, Looker, or other similar data visualization tools
Support the vision and creation of measurement plans, testing plans, tagging strategies, modeling strategy, and A/B testing deployment
Serve as subject matter expert and assist in development of pre-sales proposals, internal trainings, and data-driven best practices
Provide support, coaching, and training to assist in the career development of team members to support the growth of the practice
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in the field of communications, creative writing, journalism, public relations, or something similar
3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, and commerce analytics, specifically analyzing broad media (tv/radio/all digital) campaigns for clients
2+ years of audience discovery and segmentation, measurement, modeling strategy, and data quality
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
Extensive knowledge across paid, owned, and earned, with a focus of analytical expertise in one or more of the following: omnichannel, media (display, paid search, programmatic, paid social), organic social, social listening/trend identification, site, app, email/CRM, voice of the customer/brand studies, or SEO
Experience supporting and/or leading delivery teams while partnering with internal cross-functional teams
Strong client facing experience,
Possess strong time management skills to ensure accurate delivery while leading a single workstream and a team of analysts
Knowledge of industry trends and upcoming changes in marketing measurement best practices
