Description

We are seeking a Software Engineer IV to join our team, offering a long-term contract employment opportunity. This role is situated in Falls Church, Virginia, and will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications and web services. You will be working with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mobile applications using React Native and React JS

• Manage the full software development lifecycle, including release management

• Develop and maintain RESTful services for mobile and web applications

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of applications

• Work with .NET or Java backends

• Promote continuous learning and mentor other engineers

• Design API, manage databases, and work with microservices

• Gain hands-on experience with Electron for cross-platform desktop apps using web technologies

• Ensure efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications

• Maintain accurate customer credit records

Requirements • Possess strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.

• Exhibit a high level of proficiency in software engineering and computer sciences.

• Demonstrated experience in website and web app development.

• Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, .NET, and R Code.

• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies, including AWS Technologies and Microsoft Azure.

• Experience in backend development and API Development.

• Have a strong understanding of database management.

• Proficient in using React for creating user interfaces.

• Knowledge and understanding of cybersecurity principles for software development.

• Ability to design high-quality software solutions.

• Experience in KPI Reporting to measure software performance.

• Understand and apply principles of conductivity in software engineering.

• Exhibit skills in desktop hardware for software compatibility.

• Ability to work in a timely and efficient manner.
