Ellison Bronze, Inc.Chautauqua County, NY (Jamestown/Falconer Area)Full Time (40 hours/week)Stockroom SupervisorLongstanding Jamestown area manufacturer seeking a stockroom supervisor who is self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and team oriented with the ability to work independently.Candidate should possess both good communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to navigate windows and perform data-entry tasks essential. Previous experience with MRP software a plus.Candidate must have the knowledge & ability to perform the following tasks:General managing of plant inventory/collaborating with Purchasing Manager.Receive and Inspect all incoming material.Perform multiple data entry/tracking entries in company inventory software (balanced hardware, issuing material to contracts, material lists, t-orders, parts number entry, etc.)Wrap/Inspect material for outsourcing/sales ordersIdentify/Initiate non-conformancesLoad/Unload trucksPerform cycle countsMaintain calibration logRotate stock as neededDistribute supplies to other department foreman as they are neededDelivery and/or pickup material from local vendors as neededRegularly check/respond to phone calls/emailsRegularly maintain supply of misc. hardware items (ie: screws)Process Ups shipmentsStarting Salary Range: $36,400 - $38,400 (overtime available periodically)Robust benefit package includes; medical/dental, life, 401k/match, profit sharing, generous paid time-off, EAP, & more!We are an Equal Opportunity Employer/Affirmative Action.Qualified Women/Minorities/Vets/Disabled Persons are encouraged to apply.If you need a reasonable accommodation, please contact us.Job Type: Full-timeMinimum Starting Rate -$17.50 per hourExpected hours: No less than 40 per weekDay shiftWork Location: In person
