GARDENER (10) Temporary Full Time Position 4/1/25-10/31/25, Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units, for ALPHA MAINTENANCE, LLC. at multiple worksites within DAILY TRAVEL TO VARIOUS JOB SITES LOCATED HARRISON, MARION, MONONGALIA, TAYLOR, LEWIS, DODDRIDGE, WETZEL, PRESTON ,BARBOUR AND TYLER COUNTIES IN WEST VIRGINIA ABLE TO LIFT AND CARRY 50 POUNDS. SOME OT AND WEEKENDS REQUIRED. 8 HOUR WORKDAY. Optional employer owned housing $65.00 per week/$130 per pay period, deducted from paycheck(s). Must be eligible within the USA and available entire work period. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse worker for transportation & subsidence (including meals &, to the extent necessary lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of employment. Upon completion of work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or if employer has appropriately reported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Employer agrees to offer work for at least of the work days in each 12 week period of total employment period.Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per /day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 p/day with receipts. Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees)...
