Profinium, Inc. Relationship Banking Support Specialist - FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME in Fairmont, Minnesota

SCOPE You are critical in enhancing customer relationships & improving customer service. You are responsible for greeting & directing walk-in customers in a friendly, professional manner & answering telephones. You support all areas of the bank by personally assisting, directing or connecting customers professionally to the appropriate person or department for care & service. You perform a variety of administrative duties. You create an AMAZING client experience! THIS POSITION CAN BE FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME ACCOUNTABILITIES Customer Service 50% * You greet walk-in customers in a friendly, professional manner, & direct them to the proper personnel. * You have an understanding of bank products & services in order to pro-actively assist customers with their banking questions. You assist customers with account information & general questions. * You answer incoming calls, directing them to the proper department or person. * You perform non-cash functions for customers. This will include deposits & transfers. * You provide general debit card support for our clients. Including identifying fraud, adjusting debit card limits, debit card transaction support, and adding travel alerts. * You assist with balancing various spreadsheets & General Ledgers for the department as needed. * You may perform under-writing for Home Equity Lines of Credit * You oversee client access to & the security of the safety deposit box vault * You monitor the Client Relationship Management (CRM) System & assist with escalations. * You assist clients with online account opening & online loan applications as needed. * You recognize any suspicious behavior & have the ability to make decisions when to consult management on any transactions. * You understand & comply with the related laws & compliance regulations that pertain to all of your duties. Administrative Support 40% * You conduct various types of account reviews for accuracy & compliance. * You perform various administrative functions in this role. Including the following: - Check ordering - Address, email & phone number changes - Vendor/guest login - Maintaining the employee telephone directory - Supply inventory management - Managing signage & public postings in the lobby - Ensuring entrance doors open & lock at appropriate times - Mail distribution, including return mail - Other duties as assigned.
