Job Title: Production Helper
Job Description
The Production Helper is essential for the safe handling and transfer of finished goods from the production floor to the stocking yard. This role involves assisting with both on-line and off-line production tasks as necessary. The position demands flexibility to work over 40 hours per week and availability during weekends. The Production Helper will report directly to either the Production Supervisor or Yard Supervisor. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe work environment, adhering to proper PPE compliance, assisting with off-line production and conversions, tracking production quantities, participating in preventive maintenance, and ensuring product quality through visual inspections. Additional duties include forklift operation, maintaining cleanliness in the facility, assisting with truck loading, and other tasks as assigned.
