Key Responsibilities:
Partner with elite sales executives to craft winning strategies for Fortune 500 accounts with intricate energy portfolios
Leverage your in-depth knowledge of retail energy products to provide strategic insights for high-value, complex deals
Manage sophisticated contract flows and data for multi-site, multi-state energy agreements
Directly address high-priority client issues with supply partners, showcasing your problem-solving skills and industry acumen
Conduct advanced market analyses to inform pricing strategies for large-scale energy procurement
Develop and maintain sophisticated data models to track market trends and forecast budgets for major accounts
Create compelling, data-driven presentations for C-suite executives
Mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise in handling large, complex energy loads
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency for our biggest accounts
Leverage existing relationships to convert into active customers, while increasing your own income potential
What You Bring:
4+ years of experience in business analysis, minimum 2 in the retail energy space
Deep understanding of retail energy products, market dynamics, and regulatory environments across multiple states
Proven track record of managing complex data sets and deriving actionable insights for large-scale energy consumers
Existing client relationships that can benefit from Transparent’s unique process
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address intricate client issues for major corporations
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex energy concepts to C-level executives
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
