Job Title: Order Processing Specialist

Job Description

As an Order Processing Specialist, you will promptly enter purchase orders to meet or exceed agreed service levels. Collaborate with Leads to ensure the achievement of service level agreements. You will be responsible for ensuring that order entry, order tracking, and delivery are on track and that orders are completed in full. You will provide status updates throughout the process, identify gaps, and partner with the customer experience team to resolve issues. Additionally, you must ensure actions align with strategic goals and escalate issues in a timely manner to maintain agility and responsiveness.

Hard Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in customer operations or order entry within manufacturing or distribution

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Experience with an ERP System (MS Dynamics preferred but open to others)

Soft Skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to escalate issues promptly

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 3-6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Fairfield, New Jersey.

Work Environment

This position requires you to be onsite at the Fairfield office 5 days a week, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
