AN DA CLEAN ENERGY INC. Construction Manager in Fairfield, New Jersey
Essex County, NJ - Analyze costs on customers’ construction projects, submit estimates for approval by company CEO. Supervise, plan, schedule, and coordinate construction projects to meet deadlines. Prepare and submit progress and cost tracking reports to the company CEO for implementation. Prepare contracts and agreements for negotiation. Prepare budget and cost control for construction and solar installation projects. Supervise on purchase orders for construction and solar installation materials. Must have knowledge in construction and solar power industry, possess flexible planning, communication and negotiation skills, must have knowledge of risk management and budget relocation and planning, and knowledge of financial management in budget control and spending forecast. Required skills: AutoCAD, Office, Microsoft, Quickbooks. Minimum Education and Experience: BS degree in Construction Management and one year experience in construction management and/or construction budget. Fulltime. $96,720/year.
